Risk and Remuneration Committee

The Committee shall have a minimum of three members and a maximum of five members. The Chair of the Committee must be a Trust Board Director. An additional member should be independent of the Trust. The Trust’s Finance Director and Head of HR may be members of the Committee.

Duties:

  • Reviewing risk (including the risk register)
  • Remuneration matters (including reviewing payscales, performance related pay and review process and Executive pay)

Reporting:

Report to board of Directors through approved minutes

Meetings:

At least one per year and usually two.
