Risk and Remuneration Committee
The Committee shall have a minimum of three members and a maximum of five members. The Chair of the Committee must be a Trust Board Director. An additional member should be independent of the Trust. The Trust’s Finance Director and Head of HR may be members of the Committee.
Risk and Remuneration Committee Members:
Gary Cottle (Chair)
Trust Finance Director
Trust Head of HR
- Reviewing risk (including the risk register)
- Remuneration matters (including reviewing payscales, performance related pay and review process and Executive pay)
Report to board of Directors through approved minutes
Declarations of Interest:
At least one per year and usually two.
