Risk and Remuneration Committee
The Committee shall have a minimum of three members and a maximum of five members. The Chair of the Committee must be a Trust Board Director. An additional member should be independent of the Trust. The Trust’s Director of Finance and Operations (DfO) from time to time, and HR Manager will be members of the Committee.

Report to board of Directors through approved minutes
Declarations of Interest:
At least one per year and usually two.
